Robertsbridge Enterprise Group was set up in late 2005 with the single aim of promoting business and enterprise in the village and the surrounding area so that a more sustainable local economy could be created.It has worked in concert with other like minded organisations, particularly the Parish Council and the District Council, through the local councillor, Sue Prochak.

Plans for the Robertsbridge Summer Ball are being finalised and tickets will be on sale in the village soon. There will be a marquee with a dance floor and live music from the popular band P'zaz. You are invited to make the most of the evening by bringing food and drink (although there will be a bar) your own picnic tables, chairs, parasols, small gazebos and anything else you fancy as you wine and dine and dance the night away.
Why not join with family, friends and neighbours to make this a very special event.
The 2010 Summer Ball is the second major event organised by the 'Robertsbridge Summer Event Committee'. Last summer, the family picnic held in June 2009 was so successful that we plan to have another similar event in August 2010.
